If you find a error with your order or need to return or exchange an item, please call us, the item may be returned within 30 days of receipt date provided it is in new or unused, and is in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. A copy of its original invoice and a RMA number must accompany all returns. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. The original shipping cost paid for by Outdoor Tire LLC will be deducted from the original purchase price in the event the item was sold as termed “Free Shipping”.

Merchandise covered by manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacture extended to the consumer. We are happy to assist in fulfillment of any manufactures warranty in the event a claim must be submitted. Ultimately all warranty claims exist between consumer and manufacture. Other than applicable manufactures warranties, there are no warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability.

All LTL freight shipments we require to be sent to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock, any shipments that are sent to a limited access address and we incur a restricted delivery charge from the carrier it will be charged to your card, these fees range from $50-$125 depending on location. Shipping large farm and commercial tires can be a challenge at times, and we understand this. To best help you through this process we suggest you contact us directly, a simple phone call can save you time and money on your next purchase. Our staff can use over 20+ different motor carriers to rate your shipment insure your receiving the lowest transportation cost on your purchase.
